Vintage Lighting Show and Dual Stage Setup for an Exclusive Dinner & Afterparty

For this elegant and dynamic event, Lion’s Service Group curated a complete technical setup combining vintage-style lighting, high-quality audio systems, and a dual-stage configuration designed to smoothly transition the evening from formal dinner to late-night celebration.

During the dinner, we created a warm and sophisticated atmosphere through a custom vintage lighting show, featuring warm-tone spotlights and soft ambient fixtures. These lights were carefully positioned to enhance the dining area, highlight key architectural elements, and create an intimate, immersive environment for the guests.

We supplied and installed two fully equipped stages: one dedicated to live background music and speeches during dinner, and a second, larger stage prepared for the afterparty DJ set and live entertainment. To elevate the party atmosphere, we also installed a mirror disco ball, which added a vibrant, retro-inspired touch to the dance floor by casting reflections across the venue and amplifying the energy of the lighting design.

Our audio system ensured perfect sound coverage across both areas, using professional-grade speakers, wireless microphones, and live mixing, all managed by our on-site technical team.
